Chancellor W. Thomas (Tom) Molloy, O.C., Q.C., BA’64, LLB’64

Described as Canadas most expert treaty negotiator, Tom Molloy is also known as the 12th Chancellor of the University of Saskatchewan. Beginning his career as a lawyer with the firm MacPherson Leslie & Tyerman LLP, this award-winning author negotiated some of the most important treaties of the recent past, including the Nunavut Agreement, the Nisga a Agreement, the Lheidli T enneh Agreement in British Columbia, and the Inuit of Northern Quebec Offshore Agreement.
