CAEEDAC is currently involved in the following
projects:
Updating the Canadian Inventory of
existing databases and the provincial
databases maintained by the Centre.
Preparing a feasibility report for new
agricultural energy use data collection options including
compiling cost estimates of various data collection
options.
Creating a database on the
characteristics of energy using equipment used in the
agricultural sector.
Conducting research on natural gas use
in Saskatchewan hog barns.
Preparing a newsletter. The first
issue was published in April
1996 with subsequent issues published in 3 times a

Studying
energy use efficiency indicators for the agricultural
sector.
