Welcome to the Museum of Antiquities: a collection of ancient Greek, Roman, Egyptian and Near Eastern sculpture in full-scale replica. The Museum features the Charioteer of Delphi, the Venus de Milo, and panels from the frieze of the Parthenon, as well as other famous and intriguing works. The collection also includes original pottery, glass and Roman coinage. The Museum of Antiquities on the University of Saskatchewan campus offers a rare opportunity for anyone interested in art or antiquity.

Return of the Kynge : A Medieval Festival
Join us for our second annual SaskCulture CultureDays celebration on Saturday, September 28, 2013, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Museum Gallery and the Bowl. Activities include Viking and Medeival combat demonstrations, fencing, textile and leatherworking demonstrations, live medieval music, and more! Check out all the details here.

Euphonia
Our latest exhibit, Euphonia: Music for the Masses in the Middle Ages, will be up in the gallery until September 30, 2013. Come check out our replica manuscripts and medieval instruments, on loan from the University of Saskatchewan's Department of Music, Professor Michael Cichon and local luthier Weldon Gray!
