CONSULTING SERVICES

Without assuming management responsibility, the Division of Audit Services provides a range of consulting services that add value to operations and improve the University's control, risk management and governance processes.

Consulting activities may include:

• Responding to queries regarding policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Providing advice as members of committees (such as standing or temporary management committees and project teams).
• Performing formal engagements as defined in a written 'Terms of Reference' document.
• Conducting control self assessment workshops with campus colleges or units.
