ICT Client Services

The director and staff of this unit provide campus-wide support in the application of ICT for teaching, learning, research and administrative processes. The unit serves as ICT consultants (client relationship managers) for colleges and administrative units, as well as supports the needs of individual faculty, researchers, students and staff in areas such as end-user problem resolution, technical services, training, desktop/mobile support, software licensing and procurement/purchasing.
