ICT Data Services (formerly Information Strategy and Analytics, ISA) supports the strategic use of institutional data by providing direction, oversight and coordination on the management and use of data and to enhance institutional planning, performance measurement and decision making activities through the deployment of business intelligence solutions that will deliver accurate, reliable and timely information.
Information Management Processes
ICT Data Services provides leadership and coordination of institution-wide information management strategy, activities and initiatives. It partners with campus colleges and units to leverage information assets.
Information Architecture and Technology
ICT Data Services develops and maintains the institutional data warehouse and business intelligence architecture for the university. This allows the office to provide the authoritative source of institutional information for planning, performance measurement and decision making activities.
