The 46th annual Prairie University Biological Symposium (PUBS 2011), will be hosted by the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, Canada from February 24th to the 26th. Originating in 1967 at the University of Manitoba, PUBS has been hosted by universities in Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and North Dakota. PUBS attracts approximately 100 students from prairie universities to exchange ideas and current information on: biochemistry, biology, botany, chemistry, conservation biology, ecology, entomology, environmental biology, geography, geology, kinesiology, neuroscience, paleobiology, physiology, psychology, and zoology.
