HOUSING REGISTRY

INFORMATION:  These rates provide for accommodation in the University
Residences with Cafeteria Style Breakfasts served the following mornings
at Marquis Hall Food Services, (June 19 - 23) 

Should you wish to arrive prior to and/or stay after the conference we
would be happy to extend your accommodation. Please indicate and include
additional payment based on the following rates: 

Double Room = $22.47/person per night (including taxes, but no breakfast)
Single Room = $27.82/person per night (including taxes, but no breakfast)

The Conference Office reserves the right to refuse extra nights 
accommodation. 

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY:  Payment in full (CANADIAN FUNDS ONLY) must
accompany this application and must be received by our Office by June 6,
1998.  MAKE CHEQUE OF MONEY ORDER PAYABLE TO: THE UNIVERSITY OF
SASKATCHEWAN. Post-dated cheques will NOT be accepted, and will be
returned to you when we receive them.  If payment is by MasterCard or
Visa, we require your full account number as it appears on your card AND
the expiry date.  IF ANY OF THIS INFORMATION IS MISSING WE WILL NOT
PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION, AND YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE VOID. 

If the applicant wishes to cancel his or her reservation, a full refund
will be made only if an application for it reaches the Conference Office
by June 6, 1998.  Notice of cancellation received after this date will be
subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee.  Correspondence in this respect
should be addressed to the Conference Office.  (Address listed below,) 

THERE IS NO REBATE OF CHARGES FOR LATE ARRIVAL OR EARLY DEPARTURE.

ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICE:
Maid service is provided in the bedrooms.  Linen, towels and soap are also
provided.

Rooms with private baths are NOT available.  Bathrooms are shared.

WASHING FACILITIES:
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the Residences.  Irons
and ironing boards are also provided.  Laundry detergent and softener are
not provided.

REGISTRATION:
Our Office hours will be set when we receive information on arrival dates
and times of guests.  Registration for accommodation is in Room 131,
Saskatchewan Hall.

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION:
ACCOMMODATION CAN ONLY BE GUARANTEED IF THIS APPLICATION AND PAYMENT IN
FULL IN ITS PROPER FORM ARRIVE AT THE CONFERENCE OFFICE BY JUNE 6, 1998.
