Description:     The award shall be made to a member of the Entomological Society of Saskatchewan that will be used to attend an entomological conference or to conduct entomological research.

Value:     The award shall consist of a cash prize. More than one award may be issued, but the total amount is not to exceed $500 per Entomological Society of Saskatchewan fiscal year.
Eligibility:     The recipient must be an Entomological Society of Saskatchewan member in good standing.

Application
Procedure:     Applications will be received beginning September 1 and issued as deemed appropriate by the Awards Committee until allocated funds are expended.

Each application should include a statement indicating why it is important for the ESS to lend its support and a budget. The budget should include a breakdown of the expected costs, the anticipated sources of funding for the conference or project, and to which cost the ESS support will be applied. Applications should be in the hands of the Awards Committee several weeks before the conference or project will occur.
