This study was part of my doctorate research at the University
of Saskatchewan and was done in collaboration with my advisors Dr Ray Alisauskas and Dr
Serge Larivière. I completed my doctorate degree in April 2006 and the fox study at Karrak Lake is now limited
to trapping and marking of foxes. Before starting my doctorate work, I did a masters degree with
Dr Alisauskas working with
arctic fox predation on snow geese and their eggs at Banks Island in the
Northwest Territories. At Banks Island, Dr Alisauskas and I also did a study on
Productivity of Lesser Snow Geese on Banks
Island.
