Full conference registration includes access to all sessions of the conference program and evening social events. Meals and refreshment breaks are included with your registration. Conference shuttle service will be provided to select hotels. Please refer to Accommodations for further details. The detailed shuttle schedule will be posted closer to the event. The Conference Schedule will contain more detailed information once it becomes available.
Conference Registration Fees:
Early Bird Registration rate (available till May 4 , 2012): $400 + applicable taxes
Full Registration rate: $500 + applicable taxes
- Opening Reception (Sunday June 10, 5 – 8 PM) CAD $50
- Evening Social Event at Lydia’s on Broadway Avenue (Monday June 11, 6 – 11 PM) CAD $50
- Evening Social Event at Western Development Museum (Tuesday June 12, 6 - midnight) CAD $75

Cancellations made before May 4 will incur a $75 administration fee. Cancellations made after that date will not receive a refund due to financial commitments incurred for catering and other conference costs.
