Country Credentials Needed
Egypt Bachelor's degree or Licence with an overall average of 80% in Arts; Commerce, Languages; Law OR an overall grade of 75% in Education, Engineering, Fine Arts, Social Sciences, Nursing, Dentistry; Medicine, Science, and Pharmacy.
France Diplome or Maitrise; or title of ingenieur with an overall "BIEN" standing. Applicants should arrange for the submission of official releve de notes showing all courses and grades/mentions for each year of study and degree certificates.
Germany Hauptdiplom, Magister Artium, or Staatseamen from a University or University-level institution requiring at least 8 semesters with an overall "GUT" standing. Applicants should arrange for the submission of all examination records, Seminarscheine, and diploma certificates.
Ghana Honours Bachelor's degree with Second Class Honours, Upper Division standing.
Greece Ptychion awarded with an overall grade of 7 on a 10-point scale.
Guyana Bachelor's degree requiring four years of study with an overall grade of Pass with Distinction.
Hungary Egyetemi Oklevel with an overall grade of 4 on a 5-point scale.
India B.Eng., B.Sc.(Eng.), B.Tech., B.Arch. or a Master's degree in a non-engineering field. All degrees must be awarded with first division standing. Applicants must arrange for the submission of detailed mark sheets and degree certificates.

Indonesia Sarjana (S1) with an overall standing of 7 on a 10-point scale or 3 on a 4-point scale.
Iran Bachelor's (Karshenasi) degree with an overall grade of 15 on a 20-point scale. (effective December 1, 2009)
Japan Bachelor's degree with an overall B+ standing.
Kenya Honour's degree with a Second Class Honours, Upper Division standing.
Libya Bachelor's degree with an overall average of 80%.
Malaysia Honours Bachelor's degree awarded with an overall Second Class Honours, First Division standing.
Mexico Licenciado/Licenciatura or Titulo with an overall average of 8 on a 10-point scale or BIEN standing.
Nigeria Honours Bachelor's degree with Second Class Honours, Upper Division standing.
Pakistan B.Eng., B.Sc.(Eng.), B.Tech., B.Arch. or a Master's degree in a non-engineering field. All degrees must be awarded with first division standing. Applicants must arrange for the submission of detailed mark sheets and degree certificates.

People's Republic of China A four-year Bachelor's degree with an overall B average (80% or better). Applicants must arrange for the submission of official transcripts in Chinese and certified English (literal) translations. Official proof of degree conferred is required in the form of a degree certificate.
Poland Magister with an overall grade of 4 on a 5-point scale or DOBRY standing.
Romania Diploma di Licenta: Professional title with an overall grade of 8 on a 10-point scale.
Russia Diplom ob Okanchanii Vysshego Uchebnogo Zaredeniia (Diploma Specialist) requiring an average of four on a five-point scale or overall standing of GOOD.
Taiwan Bachelor's degree with an overall B+ standing.
Ukraine диплом з відзнакою  (Specialist's Diploma Honours degree) requiring an average of four on a five-point scale or overall standing of GOOD.

United Kingdom Honours Bachelor's degree (and Special Bachelor's degree from Ireland) with a minimum standing of Second Class, Upper Division. Official statements from the University Registrar indicating program of study, courses taken and grades achieved are required. An attested copy of the degree certificate showing class and division of degree awarded must also be submitted.
United States of America Bachelor's degree requiring at least four years of study (equivalent to 120 US credits) with a B+ (or a 3 out of 4) standing in third and fourth year level course work prescribed by the department concerned as prerequisite to the Master's program.
Yugoslavia Advanced Diploma "Visoko Obrazovanja" with an overall grade of 4 on a 5-point scale. Requests for application and scholarship information should be directed to the Graduate Chair of your program of choice.
