The majority of funding applications for new students, including teaching and research fellowships, Deans’ scholarships and others, are first considered by the academic unit. There are some funding opportunities that are administered by CGSR or other agencies. Check the listings under Funding on this site for full details and contact information.
International Student Deadlines
Funding Deadlines Although there are no fixed university deadlines for international student applications to graduate studies, some special programs have separate deadlines. There are separate deadlines for applications for students from China or from Vietnam who may be eligible for scholarships available through special partnership agreements between the College of Graduate Studies and Research and these countries. Other international students should check with the department to see if any special deadlines apply in their case.
