The University of Saskatchewan is home to one of the most highly internationalized graduate colleges in the country. This has arisen in part due to the growth in research activities and associated demands on campus, as well as the relatively low tuition fees for international students. As part of this internationalization, the College of Graduate Studies and Research (CGSR) is continuing its efforts in furthering academic linkages with institutions in India and recruiting top-quality graduate students for a wide variety of programs at the UofS.
The CGSR’s International Graduate Recruitment and Liaison Officer, Marc Usunier, will be traveling in India March 23 – March 30 as part of this continued effort to grow a graduate student population that is reflective of our province in which we live and our world that we serve.
As part of this effort, the International Graduate Recruitment and Liaison Officer will be meeting with senior administrators, faculty and students at Madras Veterinary College, Chennai; Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore; Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University (Veterinary College, Hebbal), Bangalore; the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore; and Devi Ahilya University, Indore.
