The College of Graduate Studies and Research (CGSR) is taking steps to adopt more eco-friendly, cost-effective and faster business practices. Submission of an unbound paper copy of a doctorate thesis is no longer required for Ph.D. students. Instead, doctoral students are now required to submit a clearly labeled CD-ROM disc containing their final thesis in Adobe.pdf format, which is the same file that is used for the ETD process.
As before, the completed ProQuest Subject Code Form and signed Non-Exclusive License to Reproduce must accompany each CD-ROM disc submission. Payment of the $44 fee to cover the processing done by ProQuest for the National Library of Canada, is also required. This payment can be made at CGSR, Wednesday through Friday, in room C-180 of the administration building.
