The Project:
We are currently looking for prospective students to work in the following projects: 1. Advanced systems related to biomedical imaging and capsule endoscope applications; 2. Architecture to support multiple-transforms for multiple standards in video processing applications; 3. Efficient design of cosine and wavelet transform processors; 4. Cell recognition and texture analysis; 5. Efficient algorithms for digital watermark encryption; 6. Arithmetic techniques for high-performance digital circuits. Qualifications:
BSc in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering
Starting Date:
Flexible (expected to start from May 1, 2011, but may be delayed until September 1, 2011)
Stipend:
Scholarship is available as per the VIED-UofS Agreement of Co-operation Program
