The Project:
Quantify Heat-Induced Protein Molecular Structure Changes in Canola Seeds and Meal in Relation to Nutrient Utilization and Availability in Ruminants.
Conduct and publish research related to the defined research areas; assist in the coordination and daily operation of a research program, including the research activities of graduate (both M.S. and Ph.D.) students, technicians and collaborators; be involved in various grant-related activities and preparation of manuscripts for publication.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications include a Ph.D. in one of the following areas; ruminant nutrition, rumen microbiology or feed science technology with strong background in biochemistry, demonstrated expertise in animal research, data analysis and techniques in ruminant nutrition and feed scient research; expertise in data interpretation and publication of results in the scientific literature; and strong written and oral communication skills.
Stipend:
Salary will follow the university standard for a PDF.
