We are closely affiliated with pediatric pain research training centres in Halifax, Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver which are part of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research Strategic Training Initiative in Health Research — Pain in Child Health www.paininchildhealth.dal.ca . The core faculty are Drs Patrick McGrath, Allen Finley, Celeste Johnston, Bonnie Stevens, Carl von Baeyer, and Ken Craig.

We collaborate on projects with Dr Christine Chambers, Canada Research Chair in Pain in Child Health in the Departments of Pediatrics and Psychology at Dalhousie University / IWK Health Centre in Halifax.

We work closely with the Pain Research Unit which is part of the new Pain Medicine Unit at Sydney Children's Hospital in Australia, www.sch.edu.au/departments/pain_research/ .  Dr David Champion is the director and Tiina Jaaniste is the research officer.
