credit card payments and cheques may be sent in with a completed

Cancellations must be received in writing within eight days of a major
conference and will be subject to a $50.00 administration fee.
Cancellations for Advanced Cardiac Life Support courses are subject to
a $75.00 administration fee. Refunds will not be considered within
seven days of a conference.
Continuing Professional Learning is accredited to sponsor continuing
medical education for physicians by both the Committee on Accreditation
of Canadian Medical Schools and the Accreditation Council for
Continuing Medical Education of the United States. Courses co-sponsored
by our office will, when applicable, provide study credits for family
physicians (MAINPRO-M1 and MAINPRO-C)
on behalf of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and Maintenance
of Certification credits on behalf of the Royal College of Physicians
and Surgeons of Canada.
Major conferences are customarily held at a local hotel, although
hands-on courses such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Computer
courses are held in more appropriate teaching venues. This information
is indicated on the brochure. Blocks of rooms are reserved and will be
held until a specified time period (usually one month prior to a
