With a deep understanding and passion for the University, they provide a range of services that critically shape the teaching, learning and research experience on our campus. Their contribution is particularly important in our second strategic planning cycle, with its renewed focus on the student experience. I remember from my own student days just how important food, housing and retail services are to a student's everyday life.
