About Us

Culinary Services Mission:

To provide excellent food and service that meets and exceeds the needs of the campus community and enhances the student experience.

The Department of Culinary Services operates retail outlets, provides residence dining meals, and caters events at the University of Saskatchewan.

Our multiple retail outlets offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and refreshment options for the University community, from our branded concepts like Tim Horton's, A&W, Starbucks, and Subway, to our  non-branded cafes.

Marquis Culinary Center is the hub of our food service operation. Students, Faculty and Staff are all welcome to join us in our all-you-care-to-eat concept. You can stop by for a one-time cash purchase or take part in a variety Meal Plan options available to meet all levels of commitment while providing savings, flexibility, and convenience.    

Join us and let our team of Chefs and Service staff show their talents and hospitality. We offer a wide variety of menu items from comfort foods to ethnic flavors or Culinary inspired dishes, all being prepared in front of you in our newly renovated open kitchen concept.

Culinary Services is equipped to cater many types of events, from the small refreshment breaks, to receptions and socials, to Gala Awards Banquets. Hospitality Services’ sales team can assist you in planning for any event. Our menus are available on line.
