Culinary

Culinary Services provides the University of Saskatchewan community with catering services, both within our banquet facility and deliveries throughout the campus. Our banqueting facility, Marquis Hall, has rooms suitable for events from a 12-person luncheon, to a 200-person wedding, to an 800-person reception. For events at any location on campus, we can deliver anything from a gallon of coffee, to 3000 lunches, to a reception for 200 people. 

Looking for a customized menu for your special event? Our executive chef can prepare a menu to your specifications. Preparation of custom menus is subject to a $75 fee, which will be reduced by 50% if the menu is used. We require 3 weeks’ notice to prepare custom menus.

Whether you’re hosting a meeting on campus or a large conference or event, Culinary Services Catering can provides customizable solutions to assist with hosting and provide catering to meet your needs. 

Conference

Planning a conference on campus. Culinary Services can work with you to schedule accommodation, hosting venues and a complete meal plan for the entire conference. Please contact a representative in Catering Services to discuss dates, accommodation and menu options.

Weddings

Marquis Hall is available for weddings during the months of May to August. We accept wedding bookings beginning on January 2 for the following summer. Our Policies document contains information about room rental rates, capacities, floor plans, and alcohol service.
