In order to activate your plan you must have a valid staff or student ID card. Your plan will be programmed onto your ID card. If your form is received between Monday –Thursday between the hours of 8:30am -4:30pm your plan will be activated on your ID card within 48 hours. Applications that are received on Fridays will not be activated till the following Monday.
