Vending Services are provided to the campus community by Royal Vending (snack machines), and PepsiCo Beverages Canada (beverage machines).

PepsiCo Beverages Canada Refunds:

Refunds can be obtained by calling 1-877-677-3774.

Snack Machine Refunds:

Vending refunds may be claimed at the Food Services Office located in UPPER MARQUIS HALL between the hours of 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. M-F with the exception of holidays.

Please note:
ID is required if amount is over $2.00 (we accept driver’s license or student card)
You will need to provide the time, location and type of machine (e.g. Snack, Ice cream) where you lost money.
