Movement or Removal of PepsiCo Beverages Canada Vending Equipment

Requests for moving or removing vending equipment can be made by contacting Lynn Earle at Facilities Management.  The following information will be required to process the request:

• Current location of the equipment
• Reason for Move/Removal
• Date move or removal is required (7 days notice required)
• Moves – Exact description of where machine is being moved to
• Moves – Confirm that new location has power
• Moves – Date machine can be moved back into original position
• Removal – Date machine can be delivered back
• Contact name and phone number

Requests will be reviewed and initiator will be contacted with scheduled date and time.
