What if my vehicle has been towed?

Your vehicle could be towed or booted for parking illegally in a reserved stall, obstructing traffic, outstanding fines or for not being properly licensed (to mention a few). By law, the registered owner is responsible for all charges incurred on their vehicle whether they were driving the vehicle or not, including outstanding violations, tow or booting charge and any storage fees. Storage fees of $10.00 per day may be assessed after 48 hours. You may claim your vehicle from Parking and Transportation Services, during regular office hours ONLY (Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm), after paying all outstanding fees. It is the responsibility of the driver or registered owner to obtain transportation to and from the compound or booted vehicle.

If your vehicle is towed directly to Astro Towing's compound, you will be required to pay all outstanding fees at our office first, then Astro Towing will be advised that they may release the vehicle.  Any additional tow charges or Astro storage fees will be the responsibility of the owner.  Transportation to and from this facility are the responsibiliy of the registered owner.
