Corporate Administration has the responsibility for co-ordinating copyright on campus. The Copyright Co-ordinator is responsible for increasing awareness and promoting best pratice across campus in relation to copyright. The Copyright Co-ordinator's role in relation to the wider university community is to:
- Provide information on the University's copyright agreements;
- Act as a resource for those seeking answers to general and specific questions about the use of materials protected by copyright;
- Provide educational sessions on copyright to members of the university community;
- Work with the Copyright Advisory Committee to address copyright concerns and to update the university's fair dealing guidelines for the use of materials protected by copyright;
The Copyright Co-ordinator is also the main contact person for questions or concerns relating to the university's policy concerning the use of materials protected by copyright.
