The Ramada Hotel & Conference Centre is located at 1818 Victoria Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan. The Ramada is in the downtown area and within easy walking distance of a multitude of attractions. The Symposium, along with a Public Forum, the Saskatchewan Lymphedema Association Annual General Meeting, and the Saskatchewan Physiotherapy Association Annual General Meeting will be held at the Ramada Hotel & Conference Centre.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made by calling toll-free 1-800-667-6500 or locally (306) 569-1666. Callers must mention the group name Lymphedema Symposium to ensure they receive the appropriate rate and are included in the guest room block.
Room rates are $122/night for a standard room with one or two queen beds or $142/night for a business class room with one queen bed plus applicable taxes. Rates are in Canadian funds. Currently room rates are subject to the following taxes: 1) Provincial Sales Tax: 5%; 2) Goods & Services Tax: 5%; and 3) Destination Marketing Fee 3%.
RESERVATION CUTOFF DATE - The cutoff date for the block of rooms is March 18, 2012.

Approved for 10 credits by the Saskatchewan College of Podiatrists.

Photographs or video are routinely taken of participants for advertisement and other purposes. By registering for the conference, you hereby grant the committee permission to utilize photos of you taken at the conference for advertising purposes.
*Audio and video recording or photographing of sessions by participants is prohibited.
Scent Free Conference:
Due to the health concerns arising from exposure to scented products, we have instituted a policy to provide a scent-free environment for all participants. Scented products such as hair spray, perfume, and certain deodorants can trigger reactions such as respiratory distress and headaches. We kindly ask you to consider others and not use these products during the conference. Thank you.
Room Temperature:
We would like to remind all participants that the room temperature may vary from time to time. While we will try our best to accommodate everyone, we cannot control these variants. Please dress in layers.
Payment:
The University of Saskatchewan accepts cheques, Visa and Mastercard only. Indicate registrant’s name, card type, account number, expiry date and name on card. Confirmation of registration will be sent by e-mail upon receipt of payment.
