Features of the MPT Curriculum
2 years and 6 weeks of continuous full time study
Curriculum delivered through a wide variety of educational methods with opportunity for independent discovery and inter-professional educational experiences
Advanced education in research methods as a foundation for evidence-based treatment
Development of a major research oriented project as a capstone for the M.P.T.
A strong clinical focus with practicum experiences integrated throughout the program
Applicants must hold a four year baccalaureate degree (in any discipline) from a college or university of acceptable standing and must also meet School of Physical Therapy residency requirements. Successful completion of prerequisite courses is also required.
