Step 3 - After the Application

  • Offers of interviews or rejection letters are received from Dentistry in mid-February.

  • Attend interviews at the beginning of March.

    • If offered admission, arrange for 2 final and complete official transcripts due no later than June 5th (if the date occurs on a Saturday or Sunday, the deadline automatically becomes 4:30 p.m. the previous Friday). If currently registered, your final marks for the 2nd term, including any derffered examinations must be reported on this transcript.

  • Receive letters of offer/waitlist/rejection at the end of March.

  • Submit acceptance form, tuition deposit and Criminal Record Check by deadlines stated in offer letter. 

    • The Doctor of Dental Medicine program tuition is $32,960. Applicants offered admission must pay a non-refundable deposit of 15% ($4,944) of the tuition by the deadline date of the acceptance of the offer. 

    • Candidates who withdraw their admission acceptance after paying the fee will forfeit the 15% deposit. 

    • Payment of tuition deposits can be sent or delivered in person to the College of Dentistry, Office of Student Services, or, can be paid by MasterCard in-person at the Student Accounts & Treasury office, Room ADMIN E40.

    • Criminal Record Checks must be conducted AFTER the date of your letter of offer.
  • Relax and enjoy the summer, getting ready to attend Orientation held the Friday before classes.
