Saskatoon West Dental
Built and operated on a private practice model, Saskatoon West Dental is owned by the University of Saskatchewan College of Dentistry and operated as an Outreach Clinic in the inner city. Its mandate is:
- to provide services to underserviced neighborhoods and underprivileged citizens of Saskatoon in a self-sufficient manner; and,
- to operate as a transitional clinic/phase between academic and private practice settings for senior dental students.
Treatment is provided by experienced dentists, RUH dental residents, and senior dental students under the supervision of licensed dentists with extensive experience in private practice.
