  • Message from the Dean Regarding Faculty Appointments     Jun 16, 2008
    I would like to update everyone on faculty changes for the upcoming academic year.

    Firstly, I would like to remind everyone that Dr. Anjani Koneru will start as a full-time faculty appointment in Pediatric Dentistry as of July 1, 2008.

    Secondly, I would like to personally thank Drs. Kudryk and Marei for their contribution to the College of Dentistry over the years. Both of them will be leaving the College as of June 30, 2008 when their term appointments end.

    Finally, we will welcome Dr. Petrus Pereirra Gomes to a full-time appointment in Oral Surgery as of July 1, 2008.

    I am sure that everyone joins me in wishing our departing colleagues farewell and in extending a warm welcome to our new colleagues.

  • Appointment of Dr. Gerry Uswak as Dean of the College of Dentistry     Jun 04, 2008
    On June 3, 2008, Acting Provost and Vice-President Academic and Search Committee Chair Ernie Barber announced the appointment of Dr. Gerry Uswak as the Dean of the College of Dentistry for a five-year renewable term, effective July 1, 2008, after an extensive international search process.
