Biosafety

The Biosafety program administers the use of biological substances for the University. The goal of the program is to ensure a safe work environment, meet international standards for containment, and assist researchers with necessary regulatory and grant application documents. This is achieved by offering training courses, conducting workplace inspections and inventory audits, and ensuring that biological substances are used and stored in a safe manner.
