The Chemical Safety and Waste Management programs provide guidance to the University community on the safe handling, storage and disposal of laboratory and industrial chemicals. The programs include Laboratory Safety and WHMIS training, response to chemical spills and inspections of laboratories and fumehood equipment. The Chemical Safety and Waste Management programs help our campus research community make sense of and meet the many regulatory requirements.
