The Fire Safety program has a long history of supporting the University in creating a safe, healthy place to work. The program supports University activities and research with fire inspections, fire alarm response, fire drills, fire evacuation plans, fire safety training and fire extinguisher inspection and maintenance. The Fire Safety Manager is the liaison with Saskatoon Fire and Protective Services and ensures compliance with the National Fire Code of Canada.
