Occupational Safety
The primary goals of the Occupational Safety program are to prevent injury, work related illness, disability and loss, and to help the University meet its obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations. This is achieved by providing a blend of educational and consultative services and responding to issues including asbestos, indoor air quality, noise control and ergonomics.
Safety is everyone’s responsibility. We need everyone’s assistance to identify and control hazards and prevent injury and loss from occurring. Together we can realize the safest campus possible.
