Q: How do I know when I should use the EAP?

A: Consider using the EAP when your own efforts at resolving problems are not working, you feel overwhelmed, or you want to prevent problems from becoming larger. Early warning signs of a problem include sleep disruption, inability to concentrate, feelings of anxiety or low mood, and wanting to withdraw from friends and family.

Remember, the EAP is not only there for people in crisis. You should also consider accessing services any time you want to improve your health and well-being.
