Fees
Fees include Breakfasts, Lunches and SPSC Banquet July 2nd.
a) Registration Fee: $410.00 (GST Included)
b) Registration Fee and Hotel Accommodation at Travelodge Hotel $810.00 (GST Included)
In order to facilitate the arrangements we have to make for printing course materials and reserving places for meals and accommodation, we would be most grateful to receive registration forms by Monday, June 24, 2013. However, we know from past experiences that some late appointments of administrators are inevitable; we therefore accept later registrations.
