Sometime early in your program, you need to file your program with Graduate Studies and Research. To do this, you need to first think about all of the courses you would like to take that will comprise your program, and then discuss your ideas with your program advisor. We have included a form here you can use to plan your program. You can fill out this form and print a copy from your browser menu or download a pdf file of the program planning form you can print out and complete later (or a Word document, if you prefer).
