ITEP Student Application
Procedures to apply to Indian Teacher Education Program:
Admission Requirements
Submit application before May 1st directly to the ITEP office.
We will only consider applications that are fully complete and include the following:
1. ITEP application (the ITEP application is used in lieu of U of S application)

Word version - fill out, then print and mail or send as an attachment to rita.laplante@usask.ca
2. Two letters of reference

3. Two official transcripts - official transcripts are sent directly from the Sask Learning/Post Secondary registrar to the offices below:
Request and forward (address below)
One transcript to Indian Teacher Education Program
AND
One transcript to Admissions

If accepted by ITEP:
An acceptance letter will be sent in late May to successful applicants.
Included in the letter is:
- Request of $90.00 application fee (non-refundable). Send the fee directly to the ITEP office immediately.
- Attend the mandatory registration seminar in July. At this session the students will register for fall and winter classes (Term One and Term Two). This information is included in the acceptance letter.
If you have applied for admission on-line at the university website, contact the ITEP office immediately. Otherwise we might not receive your name or application.
