Research Interests

My research interests fall in the areas of health psychology including but not limited to chronic pain management, the acceptance of chronic pain, exercise, weight management, cancer, nutrition, and chronic condition management. I am also interested in the training of psychologists and counselors. I am interested in the mental, emotional, and spiritual health of children, teens, adults, and senior citizens which may also include life goals and purpose, motivation, happiness, and life satisfaction. Finally, I am most comfortable in the area of qualitative research methods and studies.
