P. Orlowski. 2002. Developed and piloted a unit plan based on my fieldwork in applied anthropology in northwestern British Columbia. For details of the four lesson plans see www.ecoknow.ca. The lesson plans are suitable for Social Studies 10, 11, and First Nations Studies 12.
P. Orlowski. 1998. Part of a team that developed the teacher’s guide for the second set of documentary films in the National Film Board film series entitled First Nations: The Circle Unbroken.
P. Orlowski. 1993-94. Designed and piloted a locally developed course for the Vancouver School Board (VSB) called Cultural Anthropology 11. The basis for the course was pedagogy that examined social hierarchies based on race, class, and gender. The VSB granted approval to the course on April 11th 1994.
