Dr. Proctor's educational background includes a B.A., B.Ed. and a M.Ed. (Adult Education) from the University of Saskatchewan and a M.L.S. (Library Science) and a Ph.D. (Instructional Systems Technology) from Indiana University. He has taught at the University of Saskatchewan since 1976. Dr. Proctor's research interests centre around the integration of media, resources and new technologies in the classroom. He acts as a graduate advisor for Master's students in the design, development, and evaluation of learning programs and resources using qualitative research methods.
