Michael Fralic is a PhD student in English at the University of Saskatchewan with an ongoing interest in the interplay of history and literature, particularly Canadian histories and satiric literatures. His research interests have, so far, adapted to his locale: as an M.A. student at Memorial University of Newfoundland, he completed a thesis on the plays of NF political satirist Ray Guy, and now his research has turned to a comparison of Cree, Metis, and (counter-intuitively, perhaps) Newfoundland satiric writing about Christianity. |
