This form is for the use of University of Saskatchewan faculty, staff and students.

To assist the University community in promoting campus events and activities, the form below has been developed to provide access to a range of services, at no charge to your unit. Additional profile opportunities may be available, through paid advertising and services offered by other campus units. For more information, call 966-6607 or email communications@usask.ca.

You may also wish to promote your event on PAWS:

PAWS Bulletin Board - The self-service Bulletin Board application is accessible to everyone with an account on PAWS. To post a bulletin, log in to PAWS and click "Post a Bulletin" at the bottom of the Bulletin Board channel (default on your Home tab).

PAWS Announcement - The Announcements tool is used primarily to target personalized information to specific roles. This precludes sending information about most events to wide groups. Bulletin Board is better suited for most event promotion (see above). If you think your event warrants an announcement, please send your request directly to paws_announce@usask.ca, including the title, message, target audience and any relevant timing information (e.g. expiry dates).
