Operating Budget Adjustments Governance
The operating budget adjustments project is led by a steering committee that is co-chaired by Provost and Vice-President Academic Brett Fairbairn and acting Vice-President Finance and Resources Greg Fowler. The steering committee works with existing financial structures, and will also act as link to the work groups associated with the four quadrants and the campus community.
The steering committee members, including quadrant leaders, are below. This group will be supported by resource personnel from a variety of areas.
