Associate Vice-President Financial Services and Controller

The controller is the chief accounting and business officer of the university, as stated in The University Act, 1995 and is responsible for establishing relevant financial policies and procedures for the institution.  As the chief steward, the controller is also responsible for ensuring that appropriate internal controls exist across the institution in order to safeguard university assets.  Specific financial management responsibilities include the following:
