UniFi is the University Financial Information System. It is comprised of a number of online systems that allow Finance Users at the University of Saskatchewan to access all Financial Information in an accurate and timely manner.

All aspects of the UniFi System can be accessed via PAWS in the Admin Services tab. If you do not see any Financial Information within that tab, you must request access to the system.

Systems Access

• Access to UniFi is obtained by completing the UniFi Access Control Form.
• To determine what roles to request, please read a description of UniFi Roles.
• All users are required to read the Finance Systems Data Use Statement of Understanding before they will be granted access to the system.
• For details on system requirements, please review the Desktop Requirements.

Training

Training for all aspects of UniFi is offered regularly.

UniFi Support acts as a central point of contact for all Unifi system support including Self-Service, UniFi Plus, FAST Finance Reporting and Publisher questions. Faculty and staff may submit requests online, by sending e-mail to unifisupport@usask.ca, or by calling 966-8783 (on campus, dial 8783). Assistance will normally be available from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except when the University is closed due to holidays.

When contacting the UniFi Support Desk please provide the following information:

• Complete contact information including first and last name, NSID, department and phone number
• A clear and specific description of the problem or request, including information regarding any error messages you may have received.

All requests submitted to the UniFi support desk are logged and responded to as soon as possible in a priority basis.  If you require a response within a specific timeframe please provide this information in your request.
