Journal Voucher Support Clinics

Are you tired of having your JV’s disapproved?  Have you been putting off submitting JV’s because you are unsure of how they should be posted?  Would you like hands-on assistance with preparing your JV’s?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions then FSD’s new Journal Voucher Support Clinic is for you.  Please drop-in anytime between 2:00 and 4:00PM on the dates below and join Financial Reporting representatives for one-on-one assistance on how to properly prepare your JV’s.  This is an opportunity to bring your work to a computer lab where you can log-in and receive on-the-spot assistance to ensure that your JV’s are submitted accurately.

Where: Room 281, John Mitchell Building
Time: anytime between 2:00 and 4:00 PM
Dates: November 2^nd (in time for month-end JV’s), 10^th, 17^th, and 24^th; December 1^st (in time for month-end JV’s) and 8^th
What you need: List of JV’s and any supporting documentation required

We are piloting these sessions through the Fall/Winter of 2011 and hope to continue to offer additional times in the new year.
