This is a reminder that as of May 1st, 2013, when you are
preparing journal vouchers (JVs) to be posted to the 2012-2013 Fiscal Year that
you must date them April 30, 2013.
As per theYear-End
Cut-Off memo, all regular journal vouchers must be
submitted in UniFi by Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 3:00pm. Journal
vouchers correcting April activity will be accepted until May 6, 2013
at 3:00pm.
